Yes, Alberto, you’re right, the Philli cheese goes with the double cream. One of my ehm.. usual.. ehm minor oversights.

Nice and simple one! One comment though. You forgot to mention when should the Philadelphia be added. I guess it is at the same time you add the double cream?

Hy Lynda,
you are right, I must have had too much marsala when I was writing that post . Chocolate is not part of the original tiramisu recipe (it’s deleted from the recipe now). However you can still use chocolate flakes to decorate the top, right before serving

Hi Maija, thanks for pointing that out, the marsala goes with the coffee. I had forgotten to add it to the recipe, now it’s fixed.

Hi Dolores, no you didn’t miss anything, I am the one who missed the mascarpone, where I said “Cream eggs and sugar together ” it should have been “Cream eggs and mascarpone together”.
I fixed the mistake. My apologies and thankls a lot for poiting that out. Happy tiramisu!

Whenever I go to a restaurant I always asked if they have tiramisu cupcakes and I think with this recipe I can simply make my own tiramisu cupcake. Thanks for sharing this.
